中航沈飞公告称，公司全资子公司沈飞公司局部搬迁建设项目有进展。近日，沈飞公司与沈阳市自然资源局签订《国有建设用地使用权出让合同》，宗地面积2244633平方米，位于沈北新区203国道东-1-01，用途为机场用地，出让年限50年。出让价款74746.2789万元，沈飞公司需在2025年12月31日前一次性付清，出让人将于2026年1月31日前交付土地，合同自签订日起生效。
