11月24日晚，知名连锁餐饮企业太兴集团控股有限公司在港交所发布公告称，太兴集团创办人、控股股东兼董事会主席陈永安于当天辞世，享年66岁。太兴集团官方网站也发布讣告，同时将主页调整为黑白色。 11月25日，太兴集团发布公告，执行董事陈家强获委任为新一届董事会主席、提名委员会主席及薪酬委员会成员。执行董事陈淑芳获委任为董事会副主席，并于当天生效。
