财联社11月26日电，知情人士报道，安联旗下提供援助和旅行保险的子公司Allianz Partners计划在未来12-18个月裁员1500至1800人。此次裁员将主要集中在呼叫中心岗位，因为预计人工智能自动化系统将处理大部分简单的电话咨询。Allianz Partners目前拥有22,600名员工，其中近14,000人从事电话客户服务工作，该子公司计划在德国裁员120多人。
