格隆汇11月24日丨澳华内镜(688212.SH)公布，2025年11月24日，顾小舟先生通过集中竞价交易方式减持公司股份170,300股，减持后直接持有公司股份21,570,200股。顾康、顾小舟及其控制的小洲光电合计持有公司股份数量由40,569,960股减少至40,399,660股，占公司总股本比例由30.13%减少至30.00%，权益变动触及5%的整数倍刻度。
