渤海银行（09668）发布公告，宣布其于2025年11月20日完成了2025年无固定期限资本债券的发行。该债券的总规模为100亿元，前5年票面利率为2.37%。
本次债券于2025年11月18日簿记建档，并于2025年11月20日正式起息，募集资金将全部用于补充公司的其他一级资本。
此次债券的发行经过了公司2024年第一个临时股东大会的审议通过，并获得国家金融监督管理总局和中国人民银行的批准。每5年为一个票面利率调整期，发行人拥有在第5年及之后每个付息日的有条件赎回权。
