武昌白沙片（鹏大地块）土地控规公示！
11月17日，为盘活存量储备用地，提升武昌白沙片城市功能，武昌区自然资源和城乡建设局根据武昌区申请，拟对其辖区内A150302管理单元（鹏大地块）控制性详细规划导则进行修改。公示时间：2025年11月17日-2025年12月17日。
拟将项目用地由一类工业用地（约13.42公顷）和城市道路用地（约2.70公顷）修改为二类居住用地（约5.83公顷）、一类工业用地（约5.73公顷）、公园绿地（约1.48公顷）和道路用地（约3.08公顷），并新增控制一处养老点位（100张床位）。修改后，二类居住用地增加约5.83公顷，公园绿地增加约1.48公顷，道路用地增加约0.38公顷，一类工业用地减少约7.69公顷。
