IT时代网获悉，Meta公司表示，为配合澳大利亚将实施的限制青少年使用社交媒体法令，其将于12月10前阻止16岁以下澳大利亚用户访问Instagram、Facebook和Threads。Meta表示，公司已开始通过应用内消息、电子邮件和短信通知其认定为13至15周岁的用户，其账户将被关闭。此外，自12月4日起，Meta将开始停用这些账户并禁止16岁以下新用户注册。
