财联社11月19日电，金杯汽车(600609.SH)公告称，公司拟以1.58亿元通过认购新增资本及受让股权的方式取得长春中拓模塑科技有限公司52%的股权。交易完成后，中拓科技将成为公司的控股子公司并纳入合并报表。本次交易不构成关联交易，不构成重大资产重组，已通过上级国资管理部门的审批。
