11月13日，云南大山包黑颈鹤国家级自然保护区管护局工作人员开展例行巡护时，在保护区内观察到260余只黑颈鹤正在悠闲觅食，标志着越冬黑颈鹤“先头部队”已顺利抵达大山包。
此外，还有300余只斑头雁和多种野生水鸟共计200余只也飞抵大山包越冬，高原净土再现鹤舞长空生机勃勃的景象。
