北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 宋雨盈）11月17日，甘李药业发布公告称，因公司治理结构调整，徐福明申请辞去公司第五届董事会非独立董事职务，离任后将继续在公司担任其他职务。
同日，甘李药业召开了职工代表大会，选举徐福明为公司第五届董事会职工代表董事，任期自本次职工代表大会审议通过之日起至公司第五届董事会任期届满之日止。
