人民财讯11月17日电，据安徽日报消息，11月17日，淮河流域又一战略性防洪骨干工程——淮河干流浮山以下段行洪区调整和建设工程开工。工程估算总投资69.39亿元，其中安徽省境内投资9.7亿元，施工总工期36个月。
