中国来骑哦(08039)发布公告，本公司于2025年9月30日接获联交所函件，当中载有有关本公司股份恢复在联交所买卖的指引(复牌指引)。根据复牌指引，本公司须：
(a) 刊发GEM上市规则规定的所有未刊发财务业绩，并处理任何审计修改;
(b) 证明本公司遵守GEM上市规则第17.26条;及
(c) 向市场通报所有重要资料，供本公司股东及投资者评估本公司状况。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
