Dr. Jérôme Bellion-Jourdan
Dr. Jérôme Bellion-Jourdan is a Senior Fellow at the Institutefor Global Negotiation, where he leads the “Global Negotiation Support” initiative, advising Chairs of UN and multilateral processes. As a career diplomat, he served the European Union for over 15 years in Geneva, Jerusalem, and Cairo. His expertise spans global business, human rights, and international governance. As a former Deputy Secretary-General of the International Organization of Employers, he has lectured globally and directed negotiation programs at the Geneva Graduate Institute. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Sciences Po Paris and has published widely on diplomacy and global affairs.
Jérôme Bellion-Jourdan 博士现任全球谈判研究所高级研究员，负责“全球谈判支援”项目，并为联合国及多边进程主席提供咨询支持。作为一名职业外交官，他曾在日内瓦、耶路撒冷和开罗为欧盟工作逾十五年，长期从事全球商业、人权和国际治理等领域的事务。他曾任国际雇主组织副秘书长，在全球范围内授课，并在日内瓦国际与发展研究院主持谈判培训项目。他拥有巴黎政治学院政治学博士学位，并在外交与全球事务领域发表了大量研究成果。
