财联社11月14日电，欧洲议会13日通过其对《欧洲气候法》修订案的立场文件，支持在欧盟现行气候法律中新增具有法律约束力的2040年中期气候目标。欧洲议会通过的立场文件要求欧盟2040年将温室气体净排放量较1990年水平减少90%，同时赞成欧盟委员会提出的在目标实现方式上引入灵活性措施。
