智通财经APP讯，德方纳米(300769.SZ)公告，公司此前拟与ICL Group Ltd.的子公司Amsterdam Fertilizers签署《合资企业协议》，共同增资ICL BM,S.L.,，增资完成后公司持股20%，该项目公司主要生产磷酸铁锂。于2025年11月12日，公司董事会审议通过了《关于终止与ICL合资项目的议案》，同意终止事项，并授权公司管理层与合资方协商确定并签署相关终止协议。
