11月10日，广汽集团与本田、本田中国及广汽本田订立增资协议，决定将广汽本田的注册资本由5.41亿美元（约合人民币38.5亿元）扩大至8.67亿美元（约合61.7亿元）。广汽集团、本田及本田中国将按各自于广汽本田的出资比例，为增资事项合计认缴3.26亿美元（约合23.2亿元）。
