近日，辽宁省沈阳市商务局等9部门联合印发《关于促进服务消费高质量发展的实施方案》，（以下简称《方案》），行业绿色转型迎利好。
《方案》明确，开展快递包装减量化专项指导行动以及快递包装回收利用和处置行动，鼓励寄递企业通过免费提供复用纸箱、寄递优惠等方式，建立健全包装回收复用机制。
