今天（11月10日）韩国特检组以“一般利敌罪”及滥用职权等嫌疑追加起诉前总统尹锡悦。韩国多位前总统在卸任后因贪腐等罪名入狱，形成所谓“青瓦台魔咒”。卢泰愚、全斗焕、李明博、朴槿惠均曾被判刑入狱。尹锡悦是首位在任内被弹劾罢免并遭羁押的现任总统，此前，尹锡悦和金建希夫妇同时在法院接受审判，创下了韩国宪政史首次纪录。
