11月7日，安阳钢铁公告，公司拟以现金方式向控股股东安钢集团出售持有的永通公司78.1372%股权和豫河公司100%股权。永通公司评估价值为5.4亿元，豫河公司评估价值为4.15亿元，股权转让价款为8.37亿元。交易完成后，公司将不再持有永通公司和豫河公司股权。
