公告指出，公司目前作为申请执行人，正在进行的诉讼案件本金金额为951万元。自2024年10月10日至2025年4月1日，公司共发生84个诉讼、仲裁案件，涉及本金金额为2.22亿元，占公司最近一期经审计净资产的10.00%。
2025年前三季度，四方新材实现收入7.78亿元，归母净利润-3576万元。
