财联社11月5日电，亿纬锂能(300014.SZ)公告称，公司控股股东亿纬控股及实际控制人刘金成、骆锦红通过询价转让方式转让股份数量为4077.68万股，占公司总股本的1.99%。转让后，出让方持股比例由39.92%下降至37.85%。
