乌克兰国家电力公司当地时间11月5日通报称，当天7时至21时，乌克兰大多数地区实行轮流限电措施。由于俄军对乌能源设施的袭击，乌克兰多地出现停电，尤其在苏梅州。目前紧急修复工作正在进行。（总台记者 王晋燕）
