海汽集团11月5日公告，公司董事会收到公司董事、总经理马超提交的书面辞职报告，马超因个人职业规划的原因，申请辞去公司董事、总经理等职务，辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务，辞职申请自送达公司董事会之日起生效。公司将按照《公司法》《公司章程》的规定，尽快完成董事、总经理的选举和聘任工作。
