财联社11月5日电，据央视新闻，当地时间11月4日，巴西总统卢拉签署法案，在《联合国气候变化框架公约》第三十次缔约方会议期间将巴西首都从巴西利亚临时迁至贝伦，时间为2025年11月11日至21日。巴西政府称，此次首都临时迁移具有象征性和政治性，除了凸显巴西对全球气候问题的承诺外，还强化了亚马孙在国际环境议程中的重要性。
