近日，佛山市住建局发布9月份房地产交易情况，一手房成交2355套、27.93万平方米，环比分别下降9.8%、8.9%；二手房成交4085套、50.4万平方米，环比分别下降12.1%、11%。
总体看，今年1月至9月，佛山一手房累计成交23611套、284.25万平方米，不及去年同期的成交规模；但二手房方面累计成交40990套、500.8万平方米，同比分别增长了3.3%、4.3%，其中3月、4月、7月跑出成交小高峰，单月内二手房成交量均超过5000套。（来源：中房网）
