据澎湃新闻，11月3日，记者从上海黄浦区获悉，该区民政局与INS新乐园联手，于11月14日至11月22日每周五周六（即11月14日、11月15日、11月21日、11月22日），推出夜间结婚颁证体验项目，颁证服务在INS新乐园举行。
