财联社11月3日电，据央视新闻报道，虐待巴勒斯坦囚犯案中被列为被告的以军士兵辩护律师团通报称，此前在该案件中1名主要遭受虐待的巴勒斯坦被拘人员，已于10月13日根据以色列与哈马斯之间的停火协议被释放回加沙地带。该律师团呼吁以色列军事检察长办公室撤销对以色列相关士兵的起诉。
