财联社10月27日电，新兴铸管(000778.SZ)公告称，公司拟购买控股子公司新兴铸管阜康能源有限公司（以下简称“阜康能源”）10%股权，本次交易以不高于资产评估机构对阜康能源股权的评估价值进行交易，交易价格1.51亿元。预计本次交易完成后，阜康能源将成为公司的全资子公司。
