海南省住房和城乡建设厅官网近日更新显示，周军平已经出任厅党组书记，主持厅全面工作。

周军平出生于1971年1月，曾任海南省委副秘书长、省委政策研究室主任。
2019年6月，周军平出任洋浦经开区工委书记，后担任海南控股党委书记、董事长。直至此番调整。
原任海南省住房和城乡建设厅党组书记、厅长的王鹏，已于今年4月出任海南省文昌市委书记（正厅级）。
