财联社10月17日电，据法治日报，近日，国内乳业两大龙头企业伊利与蒙牛之间的不正当竞争纠纷案尘埃落定。江苏省高级人民法院二审驳回双方上诉，维持原判，判令蒙牛公司立即停止不正当竞争行为，并赔偿伊利公司经济损失及合理开支共计500万元。
