海关总署10月9日发布公告，为规范进口再生纸浆申报管理，强化进口监管，现就有关商品申报要求公告如下：进口货物收货人或者其代理人在申报进口再生纸浆（商品编号47062000）时，应在报关单备注栏注明生产再生纸浆使用的工艺方法，根据实际情况填写为“干法”或“湿法”。本公告自2025年10月10日起实施。
