当地时间10月5日，伊朗外长阿拉格齐对外表示，当前，开罗协议已无法作为伊朗与国际原子能机构合作的基础，伊朗将另行宣布与该机构新的合作安排。
阿拉格齐说：“当前形势下必须作出新的决策，在我看来，开罗协议对现状已不再适用。”
阿拉格齐强调，实践已证明，针对伊朗核计划，除了外交途径和谈判，别无他法。（央视新闻）
