根据国家金融监督管理总局陕西监管局在2025年9月30日发布的公告，中宏人寿保险股份有限公司陕西分公司及冯泽慧收到了行政处罚。
中宏人寿保险股份有限公司陕西分公司因未按照规定使用经备案的保险条款，利用开展保险业务为其他机构牟取不正当利益，被处以罚款32万元。冯泽慧因相同原因，受到警告并处以7万元罚款。
