北京商报讯（记者 李秀梅）9月30日，国家金融监督管理总局陕西监管局发布行政处罚信息显示，中宏人寿保险股份有限公司陕西分公司，因未按照规定使用经备案的保险条款、利用开展保险业务为其他机构牟取不正当利益，被罚款32万元。
