总台记者了解到，定西市陇西县5.6级地震发生后，甘肃省市县三级救援力量已赶到灾区进行排险救灾工作。经第一轮全面排查，无人员死亡，4人受轻微伤，房屋倒塌8间，受损110余间，受伤人员已送医治疗。
目前，救灾人员正在对灾区交通、电力、通信等基础设施受损情况开展排查排险。受地震影响，徐兰高铁、兰渝线、陇海线扣停列车3列，徐兰高铁限速40至60公里运行。
