白云机场9月26日公告，决定与中国免税品（集团）有限责任公司共同投资设立中免广州白云机场免税品有限公司，并将该公司作为载体经营广州白云机场T3航站楼出境免税店。中免机场公司注册资本为人民币4500万元，其中：中免集团以货币出资人民币2295万元，占注册资本的51%；公司以货币出资人民币2205万元，占注册资本的49%。
