据红星新闻，9月24日报道。近日，吉林长春市中院公布了一起涉存折纠纷案的判决。7旬老人发现亡妻存折后，起诉银行索要60万元存款，法院以“存款日期有涂改且记载内容与银行流水不符”为由驳回诉求。
法院：存折存在日期涂改问题，且其记载的存款信息与银行实际流水无法对应。（红星新闻）
