成立工作室，虚构女性身份，引导网友下载某直播软件，再由主播诱导网友在平台“打赏”……近日，揭阳市榕城区人民法院审结这起为诈骗分子吸粉引流的刑事案件，以诈骗罪分别判处7名被告人有期徒刑1年7个月至拘役5个月，并处罚金。
