企查查APP显示，近日，上海中昊芯英科技有限公司成立，法定代表人为杨龚轶凡，经营范围包含集成电路设计；集成电路销售；计算机系统服务；信息系统集成服务；软件开发；软件销售等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由中昊芯英（杭州）科技有限公司（简称“中昊芯英”）全资持股。
据悉，中昊芯英因拟收购天普股份(605255)而备受关注。9月18日，天普股份核查后复牌一字涨停，走出12连板。
