9月15日，上海医药（601607/02607）发布公告，控股股东上实集团计划在未来12个月内通过其全资子公司上实国际增持公司H股股份，增持数量范围为5500万股至7400万股，不超过公司有投票权股份数的2%。
2025年中期，上海医药实现收入1415.93亿元，归母净利润44.59亿元。
