9月12日，ST德豪（002005）发布公告，近日公司收到中国证券监督管理委员会安徽监管局下发的警示函。经查，公司在2017年非公开发行股票过程中，未披露原控股股东与相关认购方签署的保本保收益协议事项，违反了《上市公司信息披露管理办法》的相关规定。
2025年中期，ST德豪实现收入3.07亿元，归母净利润-1303万元。
