人民财讯9月11日电，京基智农(000048)9月11日晚间公告，控股股东京基集团拟通过协议转让方式向深圳市中恒通私募证券基金管理有限公司（简称“中恒通”）转让其持有的公司股份2651.5万股，占公司总股本的5%。此次股份转让的交易对价总额为4.26亿元，转让价格为16.06元/股。转让完成后，京基集团及其一致行动人持股比例降至52.15%，中恒通将成为公司持股5%以上股东。
