格隆汇9月10日丨建业地产(00832.HK)公告，2025年8月份，集团取得物业合同销售额人民币6.57亿元，同比减少为17.9%；合同销售建筑面积101,037平方米，同比减少为9.1%；每平方米平均销售价格为人民币6,503元，同比减少为9.6%。
截至2025年8月31日止8个月，集团已取得物业合同销售总额人民币56.2亿元，同比减少为5.0%；总合同销售建筑面积890,015平方米，同比增加为1.9%；每平方米平均销售价格为人民币6,317元，同比减少为6.8%。
