9月7日，上海徐汇民警在太原路巡逻时，发现一辆停在路边的机动车涉嫌故意遮挡号牌。经查，驾驶员为躲避违停抓拍，竟用毛巾遮挡号牌。民警现场对其进行了批评教育，并依法开具罚单。驾驶员承认错误，承诺下不为例。
