据广州规划局信息，近日《广州国际金融城北区土地储备实施方案》已通过广州市土地管理委员会审议。
未来，金融城北区将整体规划、连片储备、分步实施、滚动开发。
启动区优先落实村民复建安置、基础配套设施及产业用地需求，以启动区建设为突破口，撬动片区实现滚动开发，形成“储备一片、开发一片、见效一片”的良性循环。
