吴说获悉，CoinShares 宣布将通过与纳斯达克上市 SPAC Vine Hill Capital 及新设实体 Odysseus Holdings 合并，实现转板至美国交易所，估值约 12 亿美元。交易完成后，CoinShares 股东将持有 Odysseus 最多 91.6% 股权，并计划通过私募增发筹集 5000 万美元，预计于 2025 年 12 月完成。
