格隆汇9月8日｜加密货币资产管理公司CoinShares国际有限公司已同意通过与“空白支票”公司Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp.合并的方式在美国上市。根据一份公司声明，该交易对CoinShares的估值为12亿美元。CoinShares以其加密交易所交易产品而闻名，资产管理规模约为100亿美元。该公司股票目前在纳斯达克斯德哥尔摩交易所公开交易，在合并完成后，CoinShares将申请从该瑞典证券交易所退市。
