近日，中国银联发布公告称，已终止花旗银行（中国）有限公司的成员资格。这一调整直接导致在华外资银行银联成员数量从9家缩减至8家。目前在华持有银联成员资格的外资银行包括汇丰银行、渣打银行、东亚银行、星展银行、瑞穗银行、德意志银行、三菱日联银行及恒生银行等。
