(知消2025年9月3日讯)路易达孚集团已完成与邦吉公司（Bunge）的交易，收购维特拉公司（Viterra）此前在匈牙利及波兰部分地区的业务股权。
在匈牙利，交易涉及以下业务与设施：位于福克托的现代化多品种油籽压榨精炼厂，该厂是欧洲最大的葵花籽压榨厂之一；位于德布勒森等三处谷物油籽仓储和物流设施以及位于布达佩斯的独立谷物油籽贸易与采购团队。
