上海市公安局黄浦分局9月3日通报，9月2日5时20分许，陈某（男，36岁）驾驶一装载大型水泥构件的平板车在徐家汇路地道进口无视限定高度警告标志行驶，导致水泥构件碰撞到隧道上方横梁，造成横梁损坏，陈某倒车后驶离现场。目前陈某因涉嫌过失以危险方法危害公共安全罪已被警方刑事拘留。徐家汇路地道经抢修后已经开放通行。
